Rates in San Gerardo and Pocosol include: Lodging, three meals per day, use of trails, internet (Pocosol) and taxes. Reservations are required for lodging, meals, and additional services. Please consult for details on luggage transportation.

Reservation and cancellation policies
BAJO DEL TIGRE
Reservations Advance reservations are required for guided walks (night or day). It is NOT necessary to reserve to enter the trails without a guide. For reservations, write to reservationbt@acmcr.org, call (+506) 4001-4866, or by WhatsApp at (+506) 8895-2529.
Cancellation policy More than 48 hours before reservation: deposit will be refunded. Less than 48 hours before reservation: deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation by the ACM due to weather conditions that prevent the tour from taking place: the deposit will be refunded. Banking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
SAN GERARARDO AND POCOSOL
Reservations:
To make a reservation for San Gerardo or Pocosol, the request must be made in writing to info@acmcr.org or by WhatsApp at (+506) 8895-2529. Please indicate the name, number of people, dates and times of arrival and departure, dietary restrictions and additional services required. 100% deposit required, minimum 15 days prior to arrival date. Reservations without this prepayment will be removed from the reservation calendar.
Cancellation policy: 15 days or more before arrival: deposit will be refunded. 8 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Less than 8 days before arrival: deposit will not be refunded. Banking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
STELLER FARM
Reservations :
It is necessary to make advance reservations for volunteer work at Finca Steller, and it is advisable to make reservations for hikes on the trails. Finca Steller's normal hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guide service available with prior reservation. PAYMENTS
Payments must be made by the following means:
- In cash or with Visa or MasterCard at the main office (Monteverde), Bajo del Tigre, Finca Steller or Pocosol.
- Through our online payment system, with your Visa or MasterCard: Online payment.
- From Costa Rican bank accounts: By SINPE Móvil to 8895-2529, account name Asociación Conservacionista de Monteverde (Important: Check with us first to verify the correct price in colones).
